I am very happy with how Willy took care of our school floors. He took the time to strip the wax correctly and personally made sure the floors are correctly cleaned before wax is applied. Willie Thacker is very professional. When we need him for a spill or usually a flood. He is there with in 24 hours, however 99% of the time it is the same day with in an hour or two of the call. Willie and his team are friendly and professional.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to properly thank you for the great job you did cleaning the carpet and tile at my house in Sleepy Hollow. I appreciate the extra work that you did by coming back to redo the wood floors. They did look better, but Rick and I ended up doing them all again with a paste wax that really brings out the beauty of them and buffing them to a beautiful shine. I am sorry that we were not clearer in communicating what we wanted done with the wood floors.
I know that you told Rick that no payment was necessary. Since we had to do them again, I appreciate your standing behind your promise of customer satisfaction.
